Wholesale Policies

Retailers registered as wholesale customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Little Woman Goods products may not be rebranded. All retailers must indicate that products are from Little Woman Goods. Little Woman Goods products may not be resold in an Etsy shop or online unless explicitly given permission to do so.

Merchandise purchased through the Wholesale program is intended for resale to retail customers only and may not be purchased for personal use or resold to other retailers. Merchandise may only be sold at the physical location(s) indicated at registration.

Little Woman Goods products may not be listed at a regular retail price lower than that currently listed in the Little Woman Goods Etsy shop or at littlewomangoods.com (whichever is lower).

Images belong to Little Woman Goods or images containing Little Woman Goods products posted online or on social media must be properly credited to Little Woman Goods. Use the language: "Image © 2019 Little Woman Goods" on images posted online or on social media. Images posted to Instagram must be credited to Little Woman Goods and tagged @littlewomangoods.

All artwork, photographs, and designs are protected by U.S. and International copyright laws and registered with the United States Copyright Office. Reproduction and distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
